Jenny Allen

Jenny specialises in all types of corporate work including advising on buying and selling businesses, financing and general company law.
Jenny also has particular experience in the franchise sector, having been a recommended solicitor for several household names in the industry.
A graduate of The University of Nottingham, Jenny joined Geldards in July 2008 having qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
Outside of work, Jenny is a keen singer and dancer, and an active member of her local musical theatre group.
