Jonathan is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team and specialises in high-value complex commercial litigation conducted nationwide by or against major publicly listed Clients.
Jonathan regularly pursues or defends injunctions regarding the misuse of confidential information and trade secrets as well as resolving a broad range of commercial disputes through Mediation and Arbitration.
A graduate of Manchester and Strasbourg Universities, Jonathan also assists the Road Haulage sector in the field of Construction & Use prosecutions and frequently appears at Public Inquiries to defend proceedings to revoke, suspend or curtail Vehicle Operator Licences.
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys the classical guitar, watching football and playing tennis. |
