Rachel advises on the full range of corporate matters and has experience in private equity and cross border transactions.
Prior to joining Geldards Rachel gained an International Politics Master's degree from The University Of Nottingham and worked for bmi in their operations department where she dealt with the complex world of airline logistics. She joined Geldards in 2004 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Corporate team in 2006.
Rachel enjoys travel and usually combines it with skiing or other outdoor pursuits, such as climbing Kilimanjaro in 2004. |
