Clinical Negligence Expert to talk at AvMA Conference

Partner and Head of Geldards’ Clinical Negligence Team, Angelina Rigby will be speaking at the AvMA Catastrophic Birth and Child Injuries Conference in Cardiff on 13 October.

It is estimated that over one million children are injured in accidents in the UK every year, with some of the more catastrophic cases resulting in substantial compensation claims. At this important event paediatric and rehabilitation experts will be speaking, and Angelina and Michael Brace (Civitas Chambers) will be speaking on - maximising damages, PPOs : lump sum awards, Roberts -v- Johnstone calculations, claims for housing and Indexation.
