Andrew is the head of the corporate team in Cardiff.

He joined Geldards in 1989 as an assistant solicitor. He specialises in the purchase and sale of shares, assets and businesses, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and disputes, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate finance, banking and security and options.
