Anton is experienced in all aspects of insolvency and is a litigator at heart. He regularly advises insolvency practitioners, creditors, banks, companies, directors and individuals.

He has particular specialisms in contentious insolvency, fraud-based insolvency and cross-border insolvency. He has recently acquired significant experience in advising on the legal issues arising from what has come to be known as "bankruptcy tourism", having been involved in one of the leading cases in that area. He is also a member of the firm's retail sector group.

Anton joined Geldards in 2001 having qualified as a solicitor with a firm based in Liverpool in 2000. Prior to that he read law at the University of Birmingham. He is a Full Member of both the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and also the Insolvency Lawyers' Association.
