Catherine is experienced in all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, corporate support, secured lending and property insolvency.

She has had particular involvement with public sector grant aid schemes and development projects undertaken with the benefit of public funding where complex clawback provisions can apply.

Catherine has also recently been the lead assistant in the procurement for the development of seven large scale windfarms across Wales intended to provide up to one third of Wales' domestic electricity supply. Catherine also works in the charity sector and has acted for a local charity in the acquisition and finance of its headquarters building.
