Ginny provides a client focused service to clients on a wide range of employment law matters. Handling both contentious issues, when problems arise, and non-contentious advice to prevent such problems from ever occurring.

She deals with the trickier issues of disciplinary and grievance matters, advice on whistle blowing, interpretation of contracts of employment terms and helping to avoid the escalation of problems in the workforce. Ginny has also helped many businesses negotiate the exit of senior employees and ensured that subsequent appointments are managed effectively.

If matters are so serious as to require an employment tribunal, then Ginny's experience of the procedure can make a huge difference to a client's experience. She ensures that from the outset the initial prospects of success and the different options that are available, including mediation and negotiation, are known and fully considered. She has led successful defence against claims for age, race and sex discrimination, unfair dismissal, collective consultation and breach of contract.

Ginny is a Governor of Bilborough College and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

"Ginny advised me extremely well from the outset, managing my expectations perfectly and then guided and supported me through the process with consummate ease, calmness, assurance and common sense - which as you know are things you really need as a client when embarking on what could be a stressful time" (Anonymous Client)
