Jamie is head of the property team in the Nottingham office.

He specialises in all areas of property development with particular emphasis on large scale regeneration projects at brownfield sites through collaborative ventures between public sector/private sector partners.

Jamie is an expert on business tenancies and also deals with high value and complex property investments, acquisitions and disposals.

He acts for several major banks on property funding matters and advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the Institute of Directors.
