We have pursued and defended claims in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords with an excellent track record. We also recognise the need for a commercial approach in advising on property related disputes. For example, the merits and/or economics may dictate the need for alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. This can sometimes be important if there is a need to preserve commercial relations.
