Session 2:  Tuesday 27th June 2017 - "Risk Spotting"

The Housing Power Hour is an hour long session hosted by Geldards Commercial Property and Infrastructure & Construction teams. The sessions are aimed at housing associations and developers with an interest in developmental aspects of projects. The sessions have been designed to be practical, pithy and interactive, and hence deal with issues within the hour!

Session 2 – “Risk-Spotting”.
Tuesday 27th June 2017
This is an interactive session – we will use a case study to “Risk-spot” issues around an example in addition to an imaginary development site in Cardiff. Looking at issues faced by clients in a development project, Harriet Morgan and Suriya Edwards, Commercial Property & Construction lawyers from Geldards (CV’s available here) will highlight risk issues (for example ground condition risk, adverse possession, liquidated damages for delay etc.) as the project unfolds.

Breakfast is provided to power you through the hour. We hope to see you at the sessions.
