ANDREW MORRIS



With over 25 years’ transactional experience, Andrew is a seasoned business lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

He is head of the Corporate team in Cardiff and works on high value projects for large corporates, entrepreneurs, banks and other funders who appreciate his commercial awareness and deal management expertise.

After a brief flirtation with criminal law Andrew joined Geldards’ corporate team and became a partner in 1995.

He lives in Cardiff with his wife and young son and is a keen follower of the Cardiff Blues and an erratic golfer.

    One point I picked up on in the papers at the weekend was the proposed move by retail tenants to "turnover" rents so that the rent paid will be linked in some way to the money coming in via the tills.
