BETHAN WALSH



Bethan is a Senior Associate in the Charity Law & Social Enterprise team and advises charities and other not-for-profit organisations on a range of legal and business issues.

Bethan studied Law & Politics at Cardiff University and gained her LPC at Cardiff Law School. She completed her training contract at a commercial law firm in Cardiff, qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, and spent a further 3 years at another Cardiff firm before joining Geldards at the beginning of 2015.

Bethan’s approachable and pragmatic work style reflects the requirements and expectations of her clients. A member of the Charity Law Association, Bethan is particularly interested in the latest issues affecting the voluntary and not-for-profit sectors and works with clients to overcome these issues and the potential challenges they bring.

Bethan lives in Cardiff with her husband, Eifion. Bethan is a fluent Welsh speaker and welcomes the opportunity to converse with clients in her native language.
