CHRIS WILLIAMS



Chris advises private, public sector and voluntary organisations on complex contracts including outsourcing, collaborations, partnerships, trading agreements and supply and distribution arrangements.

He also advises on constitutional and governance arrangements for public sector and voluntary organisations and public law issues.

Sector expertise and experience includes education (higher, further and sixth form colleges), local and devolved government as well as the voluntary sector and health sector.

Chris leads the commercial law team in Cardiff.  He advises clients on complex commercial contracts helping them to identify and manage any risks and negotiate terms.  He is able to draw on experience from sectors such as health, education, retail and voluntary sectors so that the legal arrangements are tailored to the context as appropriate.  This helps clients in saving time and ultimately money in the negotiation process.
