COVID-19 guidance for vehicle collection, delivery, distribution, storage and technical services

The present restrictions as a result of COVID-19 have led to some uncertainty about the types of activity that remain permissible and what the requirements are. The key trade bodies for the industry including the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association, Finance & Leasing Association, National Association of Motor Auctions and the Vehicle Remarketing Association, have produced guidance, which reflects Government guidance as at 1 June 2020. This is intended to clarify the requirements that apply on vehicle and parts collections, delivery and distribution, storage and technical services.
