Debra is a senior corporate and private equity lawyer, advising entrepreneurs and investment funds on a range of M&A and private equity backed transactions.

Heading up the firm’s Corporate team in the Midlands, Debra has the aptitude, pragmatism and depth of skill often found in lawyers who have spent a significant amount of time both in industry, at a senior level, and in private practice. She has several non-executive positions on a number of high profile boards across the region.

Debra lives in Derbyshire with her husband Paul and their teenage children Isaac and Isabella.
