Emma has a particular specialism in Employment Tribunal litigation. In particular dealing with litigants in person and “nuisance” claims. She has a track record of disposing of these claims at the earliest stage possible, providing the least possible upset for your business. She is also well versed in complex discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE claims. Her ability to cut through technical legal issues has meant that her pleadings in these proceedings are regularly commented upon by Employment Judges as being clear and thorough. This helps Emma achieve the absolute best results for her clients, which is evidenced in her almost unblemished record for full Tribunal Hearings.
