Gaynor has been dealing with complicated financial cases and children’s’ matters between both divorcing couples and partners (including those in same sex relationships) for decades.

Her ability to use layman’s language puts people at ease and a practical pragmatic approach, coupled with the opportunity to work closely with the extended Geldard’s team allows Gaynor to offer a holistic well-balanced view providing the best possible outcomes while always considering the family context, especially in cases involving family business, pensions, multiple properties, partnerships,3rd party interests, Proceeds of Crime linked applications, trusts and inherited assets.

She also has experience in dealing with cohabitation disputes including those relating to land.

In 2004 Gaynor became one of the first specialist accredited members of Resolution in the Swansea area, specialising in Advanced Financial Provision and Children’s Law. Resolution is the family lawyer’s organisation committed to resolving matters through negotiation and in as non-confrontational manner as possible, an approach Gaynor adopts wherever appropriate.

She has been recommended by not only the Legal 500 but by other family law solicitors and barristers from both West Wales and Cardiff.

Gaynor is happy to help at both the beginning of relationships with pre-nuptial agreements, during relationships with post-nuptial agreements and at the end of relationships with divorce, judicial separation or separation agreements. She strives to offer her clients an exemplary level of care during an often emotionally difficult time.
