Geldards’ Midlands-based Corporate team has successfully advised the Management Team of Accrofab on their acquisition by Bromford Industries, which is backed by Liberty Hall Capital Partners.
Accrofab is a Derby-based aerospace manufacturer which was founded in 1977 and their clients include Rolls-Royce and Pattonair. The Management Team will stay on at Accrofab to take it forward with the new owner.
Bromford Industries is a Birmingham based a supplier of complex engine components, fabrications and assemblies for the global aerospace and power generation industries. It was acquired in March 2016 by Liberty Hall, a private equity-backed company.
The Geldards team was led by Partner Debra Martin, who dealt with all aspects of the transaction in advising the Management Team of Accrofab.
