The General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) is the new EU data protection framework. It will replace the current Data Protection Directive which is implemented in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998. The aim of the GDPR is to harmonise standards across all Member States. The GDPR will directly apply in all Member States from 25 May 2018.

We offer a number of guides that look at how the GDPR will effect your organisation.
