Giselle led the Geldards’ Charity Law & Social Enterprise Team advising Charities, Third Sector or Voluntary & Community Sector bodies, Social Enterprises and other “not for profit” organisations on a wide range of legal & business issues until August 2018 and is now a retained consultant for the Team.
An experienced specialist Charity Lawyer, Giselle qualified in 1985 after graduating from Manchester University. She trained in Cardiff and was a Private Client & Trust Partner at a Bristol firm before joining Geldards in 1995, first as a Consultant and then as a Partner. Giselle is a sought after public speaker on subjects relating to charities & social enterprises.
In her spare time Giselle is a member of a Cardiff based Soroptimist International Club participating in local, regional and international voluntary service projects and campaigns on issues benefiting women & girls in particular. She has also served as a trustee of a privately funded charitable trust and is a non-executive director of a Community benefit Society.
Giselle is married to David Warren and they have two grown up daughters.
