In terms of residential development Graham has a substantial understanding of house building and the importance of cash flow for a hugely intensive cash “sucking” projects. He understands how a deal needs to be structured to minimise cash flow requirements and indeed to facilitate tax planning for land owners.
Graham acts on behalf of both land owners and developers in respect of option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional contracts and the full gambit of contractual matrices.
