Geldards Public Sector England Team continues to grow and expand the team and it’s reach across England for its public sector work. The team is led by Partner Tiffany Cloynes, who has an excellent reputation and extensive experience and is recognised as a leader in her field by clients and the legal press.
Tiffany’s experience includes acting on large scale, complex procurement projects including advising on structures of all types, both contractual and corporate, joint venture agreements, joint venture/collaborative structures and vehicles, operator agreements, operator leases, collaboration agreements, development and development management agreements.
Tiffany is supported in the team by Paul Hilsdon, Partner, and Sharon Lowe, Associate, who specialise in all aspects of property matters; Clare Hardy, Senior Associate, who provides powers and governance, localism, public procurement, and local government law generally advice and assistance; Rebecca Gilbert, Senior Associate who specialises in regeneration projects, alternative delivery models, governance arrangements, commercial contracts and procurement issues; and Liz Page, Solicitor who specialises in Town and Parish Council matters.

In addition, the Public Sector team has been praised for being ‘very approachable and works well together across a wide range of specialisms in order to support the client on complex regeneration and development projects.’
The strength of the team has recently been reinforced with the successful appointment as a provider to the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) legal panel, which procures in major strategic areas for the North East local authorities, to advise on Conveyancing, Education, Litigation, Highways and Employment matters. This latest success is in addition to three other major public sector legal panels, namely East Midlands Law Share, North West Legal Consortium and West Yorkshire Legal Framework, making our presence across England four panels strong.
“Our Public Sector England Team continue to grow, and I am proud of all we have achieved in the last few months."
"Being on the panel for four national local authorities is a testament to our hard work and expertise, and our client feedback from the recent legal directories cements this. I look forward to what the next year brings for our team."
