Harriet leads the Geldards’ Charity Law & Social Enterprise Team advising Charities, Third Sector or Voluntary & Community Sector bodies, Social Enterprises and other “not for profit” organisations. An experienced commercial property lawyer, Harriet specialises in charity property law.
She is a graduate of both Warwick University, where she studied English and American Literature, and Bristol University where she graduated with a Masters degree in Law. Harriet then trained with Geldards, qualifying in 2002.
In her spare time, Harriet is actively involved with the Church in Wales and holds the post of Registrar of the Diocese of Llandaff, as well as sitting on advisory committees at Llandaff Cathedral.
Harriet lives in Cardiff with her husband, John, and their two young sons, Rhys and Iwan.
