Following on from our colleagues in employment discussing cost saving measures in respect of the workforce “Eight ways to save staff costs without making redundancies” and “Implementing redundancies fairly to save costs” our Corporate Restructuring & Tax teams will be looking at ways that you can look to cost save and be more efficient on a corporate level.

This session will focus on the benefits of restructuring your corporate structure by diversifying the portfolio of companies and also looking at ways you could streamline the existing structure.

There will also be an outline of the tax issues you should consider when carrying out a restructuring.
