Jamie’s a vastly experienced, City trained property lawyer who’s advised clients on development, high volume, investment, landlord and tenant and regeneration matters, projects and transactions.

After working in London for 11 years at Hogan Lovells, Jamie joined Geldards in 1996 to establish and head up the firm’s Nottingham property practice.

He’s now in charge of the Networks team, the largest team in the firm, and manages thousands of electricity distribution matters for numerous network operator clients.

Jamie’s also led on some of the region’s highest profile and most significant deals, such as Trinity House, E.ON’s landmark HQ in Burton Street, Nottingham (at the time the biggest pre-let outside London) and the Markham Vale regeneration scheme (Derbyshire’s largest ever regeneration project).

He has a knack for getting on with people as well as for getting deals done.

A family man to the core, he enjoys spending his spare time transporting assorted offspring to and from leisure destinations, walking a couple of miniature dachshunds with his wife, Lee, and (occasionally) sitting down.

Jamie is a former trustee of Autism East Midlands.
