She also advises on the arrangements for children following the breakdown of a relationship.

Kate can assist clients when looking to protect their interests at the outset, early stages of, or later in a relationship, to include, advising on and drafting Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and/or Post Nuptial Agreements.

Kate understands the emotional aspects of the work she does and helps her clients through what is often a difficult and emotional journey.
