KIM HOWELL



Kim is a senior partner best known for providing strategic and practical advice to both public and private sector clients on employment and HR issues.

Kim has specialised in the field of employment and HR since 1993.Over her career she has worked for a number of Cardiff’s leading law firms, including Eversheds, where she was a Partner for many years before joining Geldards in 2006.

Whilst her work includes all aspects of Employment and discrimination law, Kim is best known for her unique understanding of cross public sector issue, including schools, and achievements in developing an All Wales strategy for the management of multiple equal pay litigation and pay modernisation, her keen interest and innovative approach to public service redesign, and a pragmatic and commercial approach to the resolution of associated workforce issues.

Kim’s technical expertise in areas such as TUPE, organisational restructure and redundancy management, as well as dispute management, resolution and mediation, are highly regarded by our most discerning clients.
