Kylie is a agricultural and commercial property lawyer in our Agricultural and Real Estate team providing advice in relation to all agricultural and commercial property transactions.
Kylie provides advice and guidance to farmers and landowners in connection with a variety of agricultural property transactions.
Kylie also deals with all aspects of landlord and tenant matters for a variety of clients and has a strong background in secured lending. She also provides property support to our Corporate Finance team.
A graduate from Nottingham Trent University Kylie joined Geldards in 2017 after qualifying from Ashton Bond Gigg.
With her friendly and reasoned approach, she understands the needs of her clients and the transaction with the attitude to progress the transaction in a timely manner.
Kylie is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, the Country Land and Business Association and Women in Property. In her spare time, Kylie is a keen horsewoman so is often out riding her horse and enjoys going for long walks with her Labrador, Bella.
