Charities play an important role in the supply of services on behalf of local (and to a lesser extent national) government.
For cooperation between charities and local government to be effective, it is important that the framework within which charities operate is clearly understood.
In this session Geldards’ Charity expert, Bethan Walsh, will discuss typical legal structures for charities and other (non-charity) not for profit organisations and social enterprises. We will also consider conflicts of interest and how charities must remain independent from the state.
We look forward to seeing you there.
