Liz is a senior property lawyer with a broad range of experience in all aspects of commercial property.

A graduate of Exeter University, Liz trained in the West Country qualifying in 1989. She spent thirteen years in the South West, including eight with regional firm, Bond Pearce. She returned to South Wales, joining Geldards in 2000 and became a partner in 2003.

Liz’s has specialised in commercial property since qualification and has a broad range of experience, including secured lending, property development, property investment and landlord and tenant matters. She is also involved in continuing professional development, organising training for the real estate team and presenting seminars, both internally and externally.

She combines an in-depth technical and academic knowledge of her field with providing practical and commercial advice to clients and is recognised by them as a lawyer who provides them with solutions rather than problems.

Liz enjoys swimming, walking and cycling – which help keep her fit enough to keep up with her two sons, Matthew and Adam!
