A Partner in the Employment Department, Lowri enjoys dealing with tricky HR issues such as disciplinary and grievance matters, interpreting terms of employment and helping to avoid the escalation of problems in the workforce.
One of Lowri’s main area of expertise is handling complex and high value litigation. An example of this is her leadership of a team advising an international bank on a multi-million pound claim for whistleblowing. More recently she has been responsible for managing the defence of multiple equal pay claims for Local Authorities across Wales and in England.
Lowri’s work also involves advising in connection with Freedom of Information and Data Protection matters.
An experienced speaker, Lowri has conducted numerous bespoke training workshops on employment law issues. She has also recently been involved in presenting in conferences dealing with how to handle drug and alcohol abuse amongst the workforce.
