Natalie is a Solicitor within the Public Law Team specialising in planning and environmental law. Natalie provides advice to public sector clients, commercial developers and private individuals.

On a day to day basis Natalie advises on a range of planning matters including: drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings; applications for certificates of lawfulness; matters of enforcement and permitted development rights. Natalie also assists the Public Law Team with public inquiries and cases involving judicial review.

In terms of academic background, Natalie studied law at Cardiff University obtaining a Distinction in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course. Upon completion of the Legal Practice Course, Natalie was awarded the prize for the best performance in Business Law and Practice, the prize for the best performance in Property Law and Practice and the Edgar Buck prize for the best overall performance on the course. Natalie also holds an Undergraduate Master’s degree in Chemistry from Cardiff University and a Postgraduate Master’s degree in History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Cambridge.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys renovating her house and socialising with friends and family.
