England's biggest NHS hospital trust, Barts Health NHS Trust, has been put into special measures after a damning report by the health service regulator.

Geldards has learnt that the above Trust has been investigated by the Care Quality Commission for a number of reasons including bullying and low morale.

The investigation found that there was insufficient staffing levels to provide safe care, too high bed occupancy and a failure to meet national waiting time targets.

If you or a member of your family have been treated by the Trust and received substandard treatment, and wish to receive a free initial consultation about a potential medical negligence claim please do contact our specialist team on 029 2039 1891.
