Nicola is a civil litigation lawyer specialising in property litigation. Her expertise extends to all aspects of real property law and landlord and tenant disputes.

Nicola has extensive litigation experience with particular emphasis on commercial property disputes. In the past few years, she has represented clients in cases concerning break clauses, forfeiture, dilapidation disputes, nuisance, business lease renewal, boundary and party wall disputes. She is also experienced in the utility sector.

Nicola offers pragmatic and commercial advice aimed at achieving solutions for a broad range of commercial clients, which include national corporate entities, public bodies and private businesses.

Nicola completed her post graduate studies at University of Wales, Cardiff and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.

She is a keen fundraiser for charities close to her heart, including a local hospital treating dementia patients Marie Curie’s Hospice, Holme Towers.

Nicola enjoys keeping fit, running, yoga, and tennis. She lives in Cardiff with her husband, and two teenage children.
