Chimdinma is a solicitor in the real estate team having joined the Firm in November 2022.
She is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales and is also a qualified barrister/solicitor of Nigeria. Her experience covers a wide range of real estate transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, options, conditional and unconditional contracts, secured lending, and landlord & tenant.
Chimdi acts for large retailers in a variety of transactions as part of the management of their property portfolios, charities, local Councils, national and international clients, as well as institutional lenders.
Chimdi is currently the Deputy Vice President and Honorary Treasurer of the Leicestershire Law Society, one of the oldest and most prestigious Law Society in England & Wales. She is also passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and supports a number of key local initiatives and charities in various capacities.
