PAUL HILSDON



Paul has been advising public sector clients in relation to their legal property strategy for over 20 years. He has also led a team of lawyers in a portfolio acquisition for a Government Department.

Much of his work in the public sector has been for education and local government clients where he has acted on a number of major capital newbuild and regeneration projects. These include acting for Derby City Council in connection with the acquisition, development and disposal of the 187 acre brownfield site at Pride Park in Derby as well as the redevelopment of the city’s bus station site and the disposal of land for Derby Commercial Park.

Paul has advised Universities in connection with their capital projects as well as FE Colleges and schools.

He is currently advising a number of local authorities on significant projects and is Geldards lead property lawyer on the EM Lawshare panel.

    Geldards Chairman Appointed Interim Chair At D2N2
    Geldards Chairman David Williams has been appointed Interim Chair of D2N2 LEP with immediate effect.The change in role follows the appointment of current Chair Elizabeth Fagan as the interim Marketing Strategy Director for the newly formed NHS Track and Trace.
