PAUL HOPKINS



Paul has more than 25 years' experience in advising public and private sector clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

His practice includes commercial contract, product liability, intellectual property, international, company shareholder, director’s duties, insolvency, financial services, insurance, partnership, construction, engineering, civil fraud, sports law, competition and professional negligence cases.

Paul is known for his technical expertise and providing public bodies and businesses of all sizes with pragmatic and commercial advice and developing effective strategies to ensure client objectives and optimum outcomes are achieved when resolving disputes.

Paul is a strong advocate of alternative methods of dispute resolution including mediation. He is a CEDR accredited mediator.

Paul is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on dispute resolution topics and delivers an annual lecture to students on a post graduate course at the Welsh School of Architecture on the subject of “Risk, Liability & Insurance”.
