A specialist employment lawyer, Rachel provides pragmatic and strategic advice on all areas of employment law to employers and employees and also to charitable organisations.

Originally from Wales, Rachel graduated from the University of Leicester in 1997 and has remained in the East Midlands since 1998. Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and since then, has specialised only in employment law.

Rachel provides practical employment law advice to both employers and employees and also advises on trustee remuneration issues for charitable organisations. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Charity Law Association.

Rachel is an active member of her local Church and is one of its Trustees. On a Monday evening, Rachel can be found at Church engaging with international students, providing them with information on Britain and its history/ traditions.

Rachel is also keen supporter of the Welsh rugby team (especially during the Six Nations Championships!) and in any other spare time, enjoys reading particularly crime fiction novels.
