Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and since then, has specialised only in employment law. Rachel appreciates that managing difficult situations within the workplace and negotiating the complexities of employment law can often be frustrating and time consuming.

As an experienced employment law practitioner, Rachel works alongside each client (both corporate and individual) to guide them through the process. She provides pragmatic, practical and commercial advice to help clients reach their intended outcome.

Rachel provides HR assistance to commercial clients. She acts as a support for those organisations with a HR department or as “in-house HR” for those who do not have this function.
