REBECCA GILBERT



Rebecca is a public services expert specialising in corporate formations, governance and commercial contracts.

Graduating at the University of Nottingham, Rebecca completed her training with Geldards and qualified as a solicitor in December 2013 into the public services team developing her knowledge and legal skills in the field of public private partnerships and alternative delivery models.

Rebecca advises on public sector projects across a number of sectors including local government, education, health and social care and mutualisation. She has assisted the team with the establishment of a variety of corporate entities, advising on procurement issues and drafting commercial agreements for a range of clients including local authorities, academies and free schools, charities, social enterprises, mutuals and NHS trusts.

Rebecca has recently joined the firm’s GSR Committee and is actively involved in finding new activities for the London team.
