Rhys is a highly experienced employment law solicitor qualified in England and Wales. He deals with all aspects of English employment law.

He advises clients based both in the UK and overseas (but with a UK operation) on all employment and HR related issues including disciplinaries and grievances, discrimination, dismissal, settlement agreements and employment tribunal claims. Rhys also drafts and updates bespoke employment contracts and employee handbooks (containing all necessary policies and procedures) and can advise on the employment aspects of establishing a business in the UK.

Rhys is the first port of call for clients based overseas that are looking for UK employment law advice and he enjoys building and maintaining relationships with all clients that he deals with. Rhys assists with all employment related queries that come in to the firm through the International Employment Law Practice Group of DIRO, the German based network of law firms of which Geldards is a member.
