Rhys is a highly experienced employment lawyer helping employers and individuals with all HR related issues from recruitment through to dismissal, with everything in between.

Having graduated from university in Bristol, Rhys trained with Bond Pearce in Plymouth, before moving to Nottingham in 2007 on qualification. Rhys joined Geldards in 2010 to help grow and strengthen the Midlands Employment Team.

In addition to the employment law advice Rhys gives to businesses and individuals on employment rights, disciplinary and grievances, discrimination issues, TUPE and the like, you will often find Rhys delivering training and speaking at employment seminars as he is an accomplished presenter.

Rhys is a sports enthusiast and still plays cricket competitively when his family life allows. He is also a keen golfer. Rhys lives in Nottingham with his wife Emma, a criminal defence lawyer, and their two young children.
