Stephen advises the full range of the firm’s clients across the full spectrum of employment issues. He provides pragmatic advice in relation to all aspects of human resources management and has a particular expertise in relation to TUPE transactions, where he has advised on many complex TUPE matters. As a pensions lawyer, Stephen has advised many clients on their pension obligations, and in particular on the restructuring of pension schemes and related consultation with members. He also has a great deal of experience of advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.

A native of Llanelli, Stephen studied at University College London before moving to Cardiff. He now lives in Penarth with his wife and son, two daughters being in various stages of “flying the nest”. Despite moving from West Wales, Stephen maintains an avid support for the Scarlets rugby team, who will always be the “Llanelli Scarlets” to him!
