SUSANNE BRADLEY

Susanne is a senior commercial property lawyer, advising clients in both public and private sectors on land sale and purchase; leasing; and property investment; specialising in development and regeneration.

Whilst she undertakes a full range of commercial property work, Susanne’s main expertise is in development and regeneration, where her caseload encompasses both public and private sector projects. Her insight into the driving factors on both sides aids her in assisting parties in opposite sectors to reach agreement.

In the private sector, she has acted for the developer on numerous projects, including the Millennium Stadium Leisure Complex in Cardiff; the Cardiff Gate International Business Park at Junction 30 on the M4; the “Leisure@Cwmbran” development in Cwmbran; the Salubrious Place Leisure Development in Swansea; and significant office developments in Portishead.

In the public sector, her recent work includes advising the Council on retail; leisure; housing; mixed use and town centre redevelopment schemes in Newport; Cwmbran; Pontypool; Neath; Carmarthen; Llanelli; Wrexham; and Gloucester.
