Susanne is one of Geldards' senior commercial property Partners with over 25 years' experience in delivering real estate and development advice to both public and private sector clients.
Susanne graduated with a degree in English and French Law from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in French Legal Studies from the faculty of law in Limoges in 1984 and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.
Susanne advises on a wide range of property transactions but her passion is for development and regeneration projects and nothing gives her greater satisfaction than to see weeks or even months of negotiation culminate in a building emerging from a site.
Fascinated by different cultures and the arts, Susanne is a seasoned traveller to distant parts of the world, determined to visit all the places she says she would have seen as a student if she had not been born before the gap year generation.
On her department's regular tea and cake Fridays she is known to bake a mean cake!
Susanne was born and brought up in Newport where she now lives.
