Tomos is a lawyer with significant experience in planning and environmental law and public and administrative law generally.
As a member of Geldards’ public law team, Tomos advises both public and private sector clients on a broad range of public law matters.
He is highly experienced in planning and environmental law, together with other related areas such as highways, compulsory purchase and town and village greens. He acts on contentious and non-contentious matters in these areas for developers, landowners, statutory undertakers and national and local government.
Tomos also advises on issues relating to freedom of information, often in the context of major and controversial development schemes.
Tomos experience extends to public and administrative law matters more generally, including advising local authorities and other public sector bodies on complex powers and governance issues. He also has experience of advising on constitutional matters and Welsh language legislation.
