Tomos is a lawyer with significant experience in a wide range of public law matters, particularly in planning and environmental law and other related areas.

Tomos is a member of Geldards’ public law team, specialising in local government, planning, environmental, highways and compulsory purchase law. He also advises clients on other areas such as freedom of information and Welsh language legislation.

A graduate of the University of Bristol, Tomos trained with Geldards before qualifying in 2010. He is a fluent Welsh speaker. 

Tomos acts for a wide range of clients including local authorities and other public sector bodies, developers, statutory undertakers and private individuals.    

Tomos lives in Cardiff with his partner Katherine and their young children, Mabli and Osian. In his spare time he enjoys hillwalking, watching rugby and playing football and is a member of a local cycling club. He is also a governor at his daughter’s primary school.
