Emma is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team in Cardiff.
Emma joined the firm in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team and subsequently started her training contract at Geldards in September 2024, completing seats in both the Corporate and Dispute Resolution Teams.
Upon qualifying, Emma joined the Corporate and Commercial team and assists in numerous transactions including disposals and acquisitions, corporate finance and general company law. Emma also assists clients across both the private and public sectors in reviewing and preparing a broad range of commercial contracts.
Emma graduated from Durham University in 2018 with a degree in History, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at BPP University, and the LPC and Masters in Law at Cardiff University.
