We have a dedicated team that handles commercial lease renewal work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 for both landlords and tenants. There are often rigid deadlines in lease renewal claims. If you have been served with a Section 25 Notice or a Section 26 Request, it is important to act quickly. We can provide the necessary tactical and strategic overview to ensure you are protected.
